Off-Road Use Only: Some of the products we sell are intended solely for off-road use and are not street-legal. Using these products on public roads may result in fines, imprisonment, and legal consequences, even in states or provinces without emissions testing requirements. They are designed for racing vehicles that should never be used on public roads.
Safety and Vehicle Modifications: Modifying your vehicle can impact safety, handling, stability, and emissions compliance. Suspension modifications, in particular, can increase the risk of rollovers. You assume full responsibility for any changes and modifications made to your vehicle, along with any potential risks and legal consequences for non-compliance with state and federal laws.
Damage to Other Goods and Liability: The installation of our products or parts may adversely affect other vehicle components, safety equipment, or goods. Hurrey’s Performance Shop is not liable for any damage to other goods or bodily injury resulting from the failure of other goods due to the proper or improper installation and use of our products or parts.
No Warranty: All products and parts are sold “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk associated with the quality and performance of these products and parts rests with the buyer or user. If a product or part is found to be defective, the buyer is responsible for all necessary repairs or services.
Use at Your Own Risk: Using our products and services is at your own risk, and you assume all liability for their use. No safety product can guarantee complete protection from injury or death.
Severance of Disclaimer Provisions: If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under current or future law, it will be severed from the disclaimer. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and any necessary legal, valid, and enforceable provisions will be added automatically.
Returns and Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Special ordered items and electrical parts are non-returnable. For eligible returns, a ten (10) day return period from the date of purchase applies. A 35% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling, is applicable on all returns.
Used Parts and Customer Supplied Parts: There is no warranty for used parts or customer-supplied parts. Any parts removed from the vehicle become the property of Hurrey’s Performance unless otherwise requested at the time of service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents, including in cases of fire, theft, or other unforeseen events.
Additional Repairs: You have the right to know the nature and cost of any additional repairs before authorizing them. If required repairs exceed the authorized estimated amount, we will seek your approval before proceeding with the repairs.
