Items sold for off-road use only are illegal to use on public roads, in most states and provinces, even if your state does not do emissions testing. These are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

Vehicle modifications can potentially affect safety, handling, stability and emissions compliance.  Suspension modifications can negatively affect stability and increase the chance of rollover.  The consumer accepts all responsibility for all resulting changes and modifications to said vehicle(s) and all potential risks AND FINES/IMPRISONMENT FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.

The installation of products or parts may adversely affect other vehicle components, safety equipment or manufactured goods (collectively "goods"). Hurrey’s Performance Shop assumes no responsibility for any damage to other goods, or bodily injury that may arise due to failure of other goods, due to installation and/or use, either proper or improper, of its products or parts.

NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES: In no event will Hurrey’s Performance Shop, or its affiliates be liable for any special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, the loss of life or limb, or damages due to bodily or personal injury, which may arise or result from the sale, installation, or use of any of its products and parts.

NO WARRANTIES: ALL PRODUCTS AND PARTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. THE ENTIRE RISK OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF SUCH PRODUCTS AND PARTS IS WITH THE BUYER, USER, SUBSEQUENT USER, OR AGENT THEREOF (HEREIN "USER"). SHOULD SUCH PRODUCTS OR PARTS PROVE DEFECTIVE FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER(S), DISTRIBUTOR(S), OR RETAILER(S), ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICES OR REPAIR AS RESULT OF A PART(S) FAILING.

ATTENTION: USE OF THESE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME ALL LIABILITY.

SAFETY CLAIMS: No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death.  The BUYER/USER IS responsible for HIS/HER own actions and decisions.  No safety product can completely protect the user from injury or death.

SEVERANCE OF DISCLAIMER PROVISIONS: By purchasing or using products or services from Hurrey's Performance Shop, the BUYER/USER agree(s) that if any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, such provision shall be fully severed from the Disclaimer and this Disclaimer shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision never comprised a part hereof, and the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision. There shall be added automatically as part of this Disclaimer a provision as similar in its terms to such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.

Deposits are non-refundable. No returns or refunds on special ordered items or electrical parts.  On applicable returns there is a ten (10) day return period from the date of purchase.  A 35% restocking fee plus shipping and handling is applicable on all returns. 

There is no warranty for used parts or customer supplied parts.  All parts removed from the vehicle become property of Hurrey's Performance unless requested otherwise at the time of service.

You agree that we are not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle, including loss of articles left in the vehicle, including, without limitation, in case of fire, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in delivery of parts by the supplier or transporter. You have the right to know before authorizing any additional repairs what those repairs will be and what they will cost. If required repairs exceed the authorized estimated amount, we must obtain your approval to perform the repairs. We will keep you informed and perform only repairs authorized by you.
